"Shipping Information"

Prices:

All prices listed in this gallery are in Canadian dollars and are guaranteed through December 31, 2002.  U.S. customers have the option of paying in Canadian dollars or in U.S. dollars.  Please phone to confirm the exchange rate and the advantages of paying in either currency.

Method of Payment:

We accept VISA, certified cheques or money orders.

Ordering:

To order, phone toll free 1 (877) 299-5660 or 1 (403) 948-7864 (phone/fax).
Or email shattraw@telus.net and include your name, address, phone number and the urn or urns that you are interested in.

Custom Orders:

Urns are available in all of the popular woods.  In addition we provide laser service for any design of your choice.  Extra time is required for custom orders.

Returns:

Customized items are not returnable.  To return an item, please call toll free 1 (877) 299-5660 to make arrangements.

Shipping:

Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the urn.  In most cases shipping charges will amount to about 10% of the cost of the urn.  Exceptions to this rule would be for express service (two days).  Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not included as delivery days.
